How far are we from the cognitive intelligence era?

The industry agrees that the three elements of AI are algorithms, computing power and data. First, let’s have a look at what cognitive intelligence is. Professor Xiao Yanghua of Fudan University once mentioned that letting a machine have cognitive intelligence means that the machine can think like a human being, and this kind of thinking ability is embodied in the ability of the machine to understand data, understand language and understand the real world.
